Year 9 Day 335
With the faction growing at an exponential rate, several Leadership changes have been made to help streamline processes and improve customer service. After long meetings and interviews, the Alliance Directorate appoints Saul Cohmre Chief Magistrate and Karril Daltaya Vice-Magistrate.

Tai Wu Kutol, after successfully leading the faction through the transitional period between ownership, felt his usefulness had come to an end. With little experience leading a larger faction, Mr. Kutol stepped down from his position, leaving the Alliance without a clear leader or direction. Siejo Kutol, Tai Wu`s brother, foresaw this decision, and had begun the interview process a few weeks prior.
Content on first filling the needs, Kutol hired Nautolan Karril Daltaya to be the Vice-Magistrate of the Alliance. Mr. Daltaya had previously served under Kutol while he worked for the Nautolan Society and as a pilot in the Item faction Baktoid Armour Workshop. With Daltaya in the ranks, Kutol turned to replacing his brother. Saul Cohmre was his immediate choice, having served as the Second in Command of the Nautolan Society under Kutol. Saul initially turned down the position, citing personal reasons. Kutol, disheartened, turned to outside his organization. After a few weeks of interviews, no candidate stood out from the pack. Luckily for Kutol, and the Alliance, Mr. Cohmre contacted Kutol and accepted the position.
With the Magistrate to be on the waiting, Tai Wu informed the Alliance Directorate of his intentions and left the faction, joining up with the Trade Federation. After Directorate approval, Cohmre immediately assumed command, reorganizing the faction’s resources and updating many outdated orders and regulations. With the Factions gears moving faster than before, new recruit applications flooded in and the faction’s numbers swelled. After all of these changes, the Alliance appears to be heading in the right direction, with an increase in both clientele and internal projects. The transition from small faction, to a larger one with galactic influence seems apparent
