The Confederate Movement was born decades ago in the Outer Rim. During the years leading up to the Clone Wars, the Separatist Movement grew rapidly. Sector after Sector quickly pledged their allegiances to the group and the CIS found itself the second largest organization in the Galaxy. After being soundly defeated by the Empire, the remaining Confederate forces fractured and dug in on several strongholds both near the Core as well as in the Outer Rim. After decades of slow revival, the CIS once again finds itself spreading through out the Outer Rim. Below is the current political landscape of the galaxy.
