Marid Sol, long time Hoersch-Kessel Drive Leader and Alliance Security Admiral, stepped down today for persona reasons. His departure left a large hole in the Alliance Directorate. After an emergency meeting of the remaining Directorate members in Dragonbane, it was decided to look to the outside to replace HKD leadership. It had been no secret to most of the Alliance that current Vice-Magistrate Kerril Daltaya may never come back from his sabbatical. In these dire times, it was decided that he be dismissed. Kran Chan, recently departed Commerce Guild Second in Command, was offered the position Daltaya once held. Mr. Chan quickly agreed and became the second Vice-Magistrate since the Corporate Alliance left the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
With Mr. Chan taking the Vice-Magistrate Office, the Security Department was still in need of a qualified leader. Current Director of Logistics, Kazacar Cloudrunner Aqua, who is a member of the Raq`Qua clan and defense specialist, offered to take over the Security helm. His suggestion was approved unanimously Kazacar Aqua and he was appointed Security Admiral. Aqua, after a short acceptance speech, suggested a few possible replacements for himself to lead the Logistics Department, including his brother Raquar. His replacement will be announced as soon as the Alliance stabilizes after the leadership changes.
