 GalMed | Galaxy Medical, a small Medical faction based out of the Trax Sector, was today granted access to the Confederacy of Independent Systems. While a smaller faction, GalMed has proven itself many times to be extremely resourceful as well as very helpful to other CIS factions in the past. This, combined with their desire to join an established alliance, lead to them contacting Supreme Commander Kutol asking about admission. After talking with Kutol, and afew outside sources about the Confederacy and its reputation, GalMed submitted an application to the CIS Senate. After a week of deliberation, a vote was held and GalMed’s application was approved. Galactic Med is the second confederate medical group, replacing the late Chiewab Pharmaceuticals, which had to close its doors due to a massive scandal involving claims that the company may have been diluting of bacta in some of its products. |
