Reports have come in this afternoon that Hutt insurgents have swarmed the Senate House in Raxis Prime in an attempt to promote their radical beliefs. Velma Drake, a CNN Reporter, is on site and hasbeen following the story. “They have begun their protest in the hopes of obtaining control of the CIS shipyards to facilitate their human slave trade. Apparently, the protests have gone quite badly as 205 armed Hutt riflemen stormed the barricades in an attempt to breach the Head of State’s office” says Drake, frantically speaking above the sounds of chanting and Hutt belching.
The Hutts state that they workplace is plagued with racists geared towards the amusement of their fat and bloated apparel. Several Hutts sued the Corporate Alliance claiming sexual harassment and liability issues. According to Beebo the Hutt, Hutts have faced racial issues for many years now, especially when it has to do with what variety of ships they can fly in.
“No one respects me just because of my appearance. It’s not like I want to look like excrement, that’s just the way I’m made. They’ll have to deal with my looks; and smell quietly, or I’m going on strike. And who said that I can’t fly in Freighter runs! Maybe I dont want to be stuck in a cramped Capital Ship cockpit all day! ” Beebo said in a news interview.
In the past few days, the protests have bordered riots with Hutts firing their weapons at citizens, buildings, and even each other. Two citizens were killed last week due to ‘random’ weapon discharges on behalf of the Hutts.
On a further note, the streets have been impossible to clean, and the Hutt’s presence can be seen everywhere, making the city a virtual biohazard, according to Corellian scientists hired by the CIS to investigate the standing of the City. Containment crews have been contacted, but diplomacy seems to be far off. Its unsure when work as usual can return to the Confederate Capital
